Requirements

3+ years of full-stack development experience.
Experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
Curiosity and experimentation with AI tools.
Strong product mindset focused on user experience.
Nice to have: experience in regulated domains.
