Freelance Guest Service Agent - Remote

Overview

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing digital support throughout their stay and ensuring a pleasant vacation experience through friendly communication and prompt problem-solving.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for guest inquiries via chat or phone.
• Assist guests before arrival, during check-in, throughout their stay, and after check-out.
• Fulfill guest requests and find practical solutions to challenges.
• Continuously gather information about apartments to assist guests effectively.
• Coordinate with Guest Service Supervisors on complex issues.

Requirements

• Strong service mindset and flexibility to work at various times, including weekends.
• Reside in Latin America.
• Experience in reservations, call centers, or reception is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse personalities.
• Proficient with software and digital solutions.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with booking platforms and Guesty property management system is a plus.
