Senior Change Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Change Consultant will lead the change process and deliverables for implementations, focusing on user adoption and the people side of change.

In Short

• Delivery of change management activities for projects.
• Assess change impact across systems, processes, roles, and skills.
• Drive consistent messaging about changes with client leadership.
• Create and execute communication and stakeholder plans.
• Develop engagement packs and materials aligned with project messaging.
• Work with training delivery teams for alignment of activities.
• Facilitate business process changes with teams and process owners.
• Assist with business readiness assessments and adapt plans as needed.
• Facilitate Hypercare support for end users.
• Report progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management.
• Experience in large scale transformation projects including ERP implementations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in business process re-design.
• Change Management qualification preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Results-focused with strong business acumen.
• Consulting skills including team facilitation and conflict management.
• Dynamics 365 background is an advantage.
