In Short

• Overall delivery of the project on a day-to-day basis to time, quality and budget.
• Responsible for the Project Plan in accordance with the Contract.
• Planning, delegating, monitoring and controlling all of the Project Team’s activities.
• Ensuring that the project plan is resourced throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for handover to Managed Services.
• Review and approve any changes to the project plan with the client Project Manager.
• Ensuring that the acceptance process is followed for all deliverables.
• Act as a point of contact for the Project Team.
• Responsible for capturing all identified risks, issues, and actions.
• Maintain awareness of the financial status of the client’s account.

• Strong leadership qualities and experience with defined project methodologies.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce high quality written documentation.
• Commercial awareness and conflict resolution skills.
