Global Master Black Belt - Remote

Overview

The Global Master Black Belt will be responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma methodology throughout the business unit and regions to drive business results and foster a continuous improvement culture.

• Deploy Lean Six Sigma methodology across the business unit.
• Support the deployment of BU Quality strategy.

• Lead strategic Black Belt projects across global product groups.
• Mentor and coach Black and Green Belt certifications.

• Work remotely or from the office based on task demands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and business environments.
• 8+ years leading Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• MBB-Certified or MBB-Trained.
• Proven team leadership and influence skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Experience in statistical process control and quality tools.
• Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage change and stakeholder analyses.
