Overview

The Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for Hitachi Digital and Corporate Shared Services, partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Proven success in leading financial planning in complex organizations.
• Experience in technology or corporate shared services preferred.
• Ability to manage and develop high-performing finance teams.
