As Director of Recruiting Operations, your mission is to design, optimize, and scale HireHawk’s recruiting engine. You will own the end-to-end recruiting operations function—ensuring our recruiters, sourcers, and account managers operate within clear, efficient, and repeatable systems that reduce time-to-placement, improve quality of hire, and elevate both candidate and client experience.
