IT Manager (Start-Up Experience Required) - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a proactive and technically adept IT Manager to support our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll manage IT operations across systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and VPNs—ensuring our distributed workforce is set up for success from Day 1. You’ll take full ownership of IT onboarding, troubleshooting, and documentation: building systems that scale, resolving technical issues quickly, and maintaining a high bar for clarity and user experience.

In Short

• Manage IT operations for a remote team
• Handle systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and VPNs
• Own IT onboarding and troubleshooting
• Optimize Okta for onboarding workflows
• Troubleshoot VPN issues for U.S. networks
• Provide remote support for Mac & Windows devices
• Develop and organize SOPs for IT processes
• Support U.S. healthcare platform access
• Startup experience is required
• Excellent communication skills are essential

Requirements

• Experience managing IT systems for remote teams
• Hands-on expertise with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and VPNs
• Comfortable supporting both Mac and Windows users
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent documentation habits
• Proactive and resourceful
• Ability to resolve SharePoint issues
