Overview

We’re looking for a Content Specialist (Writing & Design) to help create long-form, high-impact content that supports brand authority and thought leadership. You’ll own the full process — from research and writing to layout and design — producing materials like ebooks, guides, and white papers that blend clear insight with polished visuals.

In Short

• Research, outline, and write in-depth ebooks, guides, and white papers.
• Partner with internal subject-matter experts to shape narratives.
• Edit and refine content for flow, tone, and brand messaging.
• Design and format written content into professionally styled PDFs.
• Create visuals that enhance understanding, like charts and infographics.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for content cycles.
• Support light copywriting for marketing campaigns.
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation or brand design.
• Experience with graphic design tools.
• Strong communication skills in a remote environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, marketing writing, or brand design.
• Strong background in long-form writing.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, or Canva Pro.
• Excellent grasp of storytelling across different audiences.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
