Requirements

• Experience in building and managing R&D teams.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments.
• Track record of advancing concepts to commercialization.
• Strong technical knowledge in formulation and delivery systems.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
