• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and performant full-stack solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Participate in product discovery sessions to assess feasibility and define product features.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging user interfaces.
• Work closely with other engineering teams for seamless integration.
• Contribute to the vision for the team and platform as a technical leader.
• Implement observability practices across the platform.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback for optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years as a software engineer, shipping production code.
• Experience in building scalable web applications and services.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects.
