Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Staff Engineer or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in building scalable web applications and services, preferably in a cloud environment.
• Experience designing and executing growth experiments (A/B testing, feature flags).
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, and Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects without management oversight.
