Sr. Manager, Supplier Quality - Remote

Overview

As the Sr. Manager, Supplier Quality, you will be instrumental in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality materials and components from our supplier network. You will serve as the primary point of contact for supplier quality issues and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Product Development, Operations, and Supply Chain.

• Provide quality oversight of external suppliers and CMOs.
• Develop and maintain Quality Agreements with external partners.
• Perform regular audits and assessments of supplier capabilities.
• Facilitate data-driven supplier performance reviews.
• Collaborate to resolve quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Establish and report on key supplier quality metrics.
• Monitor suppliers’ compliance status.
• Support new product introductions with supplier quality readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier quality program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in quality within regulated industries.
• 5+ years of experience conducting supplier audits.
• 3+ years of experience overseeing contract manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of global GxP requirements.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Professional certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
