• Drive the execution and delivery of multiple complex technical programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience working with engineering teams.
• Familiar with backend and frontend software development technologies.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical programs.
• Excellent skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
