In Short

• Partner closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business priorities.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for corporate functions.
• Craft compelling outreach and engagement strategies for attracting passive candidates.
• Use advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage exceptional talent.
• Leverage data to track pipeline health and optimize hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Share market intelligence to support strategic workforce planning.
• Contribute to cross-functional recruiting initiatives for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of sourcing experience focused on corporate roles.
• 2+ years of experience sourcing for leadership positions.
• Proven track record of engaging top talent across G&A functions.
• Experience designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics.
• Expertise in pipeline management.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
