Product Copywriter (UX) - Remote

In Short

• Shape the product narrative and tell a clear, consistent, and coherent story
• Translate complex ideas into clear, concise copy for digital platforms
• Utilize strategic direction to write copy that moves customers to action
• Guide content strategy for product launches and experiments
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other partners
• Manage feedback from stakeholders at multiple levels
• Deliver UX copywriting while championing brand voice
• Be ruthless with editing, grammar, and proofreading
• Follow and champion brand and content guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in copywriting, 3+ in UX or digital product copywriting preferred
• Experience collaborating with designers and interacting with multiple stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
• Ability to drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement
• Experience with creative problem solving to influence stakeholders
• Ability to communicate the benefits of marketing strategies
• Experience driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to be hands-on and proactive
• Ability to address delicate health topics with clarity and empathy
• Comfortable collaborating in Figma
