Principal Program Manager, Quality (PMO) - Remote

Overview

The Principal Program Manager, Quality sits on the Compounding PMO, reporting to the Director of Innovation Program Management (PMO), and is responsible for supporting The Global Head of Quality across all 503a & 503b compounding programs as a functional partnership.

In Short

• Manage quality initiatives and lead a team of Quality Program Managers.
• Support the SVP, Global Quality and drive key performance indicators.
• Develop a Quality Initiatives roadmap for 503a & 503b facilities.
• Coordinate project schedules and manage resources for timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Adapt projects to meet compliance challenges.
• Utilize experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Drive process definition and implement new tools.
• Ensure accountability for program completion.
• Manage remote and on-site teams with regular travel.

Requirements

• 12+ years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• 8+ years in 503a and/or 503b Pharmaceutical Compounding.
• 8+ years of experience managing a team.
• Masters or Doctorate in relevant fields is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and documentation.
• Positive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Curious and collaborative mindset.
