In Short

• Define and drive the architectural vision for large-scale machine learning models.
• Work hands-on with Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch.
• Establish foundational design patterns and infrastructure practices.
• Architect and evolve robust ML infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify system complexity.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers across squads.
• Champion a culture of sustainable speed and architectural clarity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or Engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and advanced ML frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in designing and evolving ML platforms.
• Deep experience in LLMs and NLP.
• Advanced understanding of ML infrastructure.
• Experience with ML infrastructure tools.
• A Master’s degree or PhD in a related field (not strictly required).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
