Hims & Hers is looking for a strategic and innovative Manager, Internal Communications (Temp Assignment) to support and help evolve our Internal Communications function. In this role, you will shape how we engage, inform, and inspire employees, reinforcing a sense of strategic alignment, connection, and purpose across a remote-first, high-growth organization.

In Short

• Design and deliver internal communication strategies.
• Craft and edit clear, concise, and compelling communications.
• Manage the flow of information across critical internal channels.
• Create engaging messaging for org-wide events and program rollouts.
• Support executives with communication materials.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders for aligned messaging.
• Oversee the intranet experience and channel governance.
• Establish feedback loops and metrics to assess communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of internal communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with internal communications for HR, Operations, Product, and Marketing.
• Experience managing intranets and newsletters.
• Familiarity with analyzing engagement data.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation.
• Strong understanding of digital employee experience.
