Overview

Neilson Financial Services is seeking a mid-level Internal Communications & PR Manager to drive our internal communications strategy and support partner-facing messaging. You will ensure that employees across all regions are informed, engaged, and aligned with our company’s mission and values.

In Short

• Lead the production of the internal magazine ‘Wild Life’.
• Support C-suite in drafting company-wide communications.
• Manage and update employer brand profiles on platforms like LinkedIn.
• Track and analyze feedback from employer brand platforms.
• Update and edit content on the corporate website.
• Review press releases drafted by partners.
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications or PR.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience with digital communication tools and CMS.
• Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders.
• Understanding of the life insurance/financial services industry.
• Experience in a fast-paced global environment.
