The Care Delivery Design & Implementation Manager oversees clinical workflows across designated service lines at Hims & Hers, managing treatment innovation initiatives and clinical product launches that impact care delivery through the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in project or product management, preferably in healthcare.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Technical aptitude with various software tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
