In Short

• Own and drive the roadmap for Prescription and Order Routing.
• Lead strategy and execution for pharmacy-to-pharmacy data sharing.
• Design and deliver transportation and distribution optimization solutions.
• Break down complex challenges into clear, iterative projects.
• Partner closely with engineering, pharmacy, operations, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory oversight requirements.
• Act as a domain steward across compounding, material management, and shipment management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with 4+ years in pharmacy, fulfillment, supply chain, or manufacturing software.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional systems.
• Experience with distribution, routing, or network optimization.
• Strong track record of shipping complex products.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Comfort working with engineers and communicating technical complexity.
• High EQ, low ego, and a collaborative style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
