• Develop the Hims and Hers Post Market Surveillance Quality System.
• Lead and manage product complaints quality with compounding sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze complaint data to identify trends and root causes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or pharmacy.
• 8+ years of experience in product quality management.
• In-depth knowledge of product complaint handling.
• Strong experience in quality management systems.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with customer-facing interactions.
• Strong project management skills.
