• Temporary Director of Design Program Management for a 6-month contract.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple design programs for Industrial Design and Packaging teams.
• Strong background in program management and design processes required.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Design Program Managers.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality control processes for design deliverables.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor relationships for quality and delivery standards.
• Remote position reporting to the Head of Industrial & Packaging Design.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Design Program Management experience.
• 4+ years of managing a team of program managers.
• Proven experience in packaging and industrial design.
• Knowledge of print technologies and user-centered design methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Monday.com, G-Suite).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys an autonomous working style with a focus on collaboration.
