AP Accountant, Accounting Operations - Remote

Overview

The AP Accountant will assist with all areas of accounting operations, focusing primarily on the accounts payable function within the Accounting Operations team at Hims & Hers.

In Short

• Assist with accounts payable operations and vendor inquiries.
• Ensure vendor invoices are coded and approved in the billing system.
• Assist with corporate credit card coding and posting.
• Support month-end close processes and account reconciliations.
• Review work performed by outsourced accounting teams.
• Enhance accounting operations procedures for compliance.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects.
• Take initiative for process improvements.
• Collaborate in both in-person and remote environments.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting is strongly preferred.
• BA or BS degree in accounting, business administration, or economics required.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Experience with Netsuite, BILL.com, Brex, Coupa preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work well remotely.
