Overview

Trail Ridge Power (TRP) works with national commercial and industrial real estate partners to create portfolio-wide energy transition solutions for their sustainability needs. We originate, design, develop, finance, own and operate renewable energy assets on a stand-alone basis but also in conjunction with energy efficiency technologies to help our partners reach their net-zero-carbon goals. These assets include solar generation, battery storage, fuel cells, building controls, and other cleantech offerings to provide on-premises or local generation solutions as well as a load control and curtailment. At Trail Ridge Power, the future of renewables is not just rooftop solar but looking at generation and consumption as inherently interconnected.

In Short

  • Support various members of the Executive Team; including calendar management and correspondence with partners, customers and financial counterparties
  • Prepare presentations, board packets, company overviews and proposals
  • Manage and oversee the office in Boulder, CO
  • Work with the Executive Team to host quarterly company in-person meetings
  • Schedule and coordinate travel, mostly within the United States
  • Provide sales support and communication with outside stakeholders through the use of social media posts, website updates, company email newsletters, and similar materials
  • Prepare expense reports and oversee shipping and receiving of packages
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Marketing and sales support experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to be flexible as needed
  • An understanding of the renewable energy sector particularly distributed generation with an interest in continued learning is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with remote teams
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in social media management as well as website hosting such as WordPress, is preferred
  • Positive perspective for organization development and growth, with willingness to bring ideas for process formation in a growing renewable energy company
