• Analyze core business topics using Highspot’s product and business data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for analytics.
• Define top-level business metrics and build automated reports.
• Cultivate a nuanced understanding of Highspot’s data.
• Lead high-visibility high-impact projects.
• Work closely with domain experts and company leaders.
• Develop predictive models and dashboards.
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with AWS cloud technology is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience using SQL for data extraction.
• 2+ years of experience using Tableau for reports.
• 6+ years of experience in Python and analytics libraries.
• Experience in designing and deploying predictive models.
• 2+ years of experience using git for version control.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior remote work experience with a U.S. team is preferred.
