Overview

Highsnobiety is seeking a Senior Events Producer for our Berlin office to produce impactful experiences for our audience and clients. This role requires managing the entire lifecycle of events, leading teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.

In Short

• Lead and execute multi-channel experiences for events
• Manage event production process including logistics and vendor management
• Build and maintain a network of industry professionals
• Develop and manage event budgets
• Negotiate contracts with vendors
• Oversee hiring of temporary staff for events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution
• Partner with clients to align with brand guidelines

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in event production
• Strong project management skills
• Expertise in budgeting and production logistics
• Creative and analytical thinker
• Adept at handling multiple projects
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Understanding of Highsnobiety aesthetic
• Knowledge of cultural partnerships
• Passionate about music and pop culture
• Proficient in event production software
• Excellent communication skills; German proficiency preferred
