Senior Cardiac Cath Technologist - Remote

Overview

This position assists the Invasive Cardiologist in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures, demonstrating leadership and collaboration to ensure efficient department functioning.

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac cath lab.
• Maintain expertise in radiographic imagery techniques.
• Orient and train inexperienced staff on laboratory equipment.
• Monitor procedural activities and respond to adverse reactions.
• Complete necessary documentation for procedures.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology.
• Required certifications from ARRT or as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist.
• Must have ACLS certification and CPR training.
• Critical thinking and independent judgment are essential.
• Compliance with HIPAA and company policies is mandatory.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology.
• CI, CV, R, or VI certification from ARRT.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification preferred.
• ACLS and CPR certifications required.
• Critical thinking and decisive judgment skills.
• Compliance with criminal background checks.
• Preferred Associate Degree.
