Overview

The Registered Nurse in the PACU at Allegheny General Hospital is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the post-anesthesia care unit. This role involves clinical assessment, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC.
• ACLS and CPR certification required.
• 2 years of recent nursing experience preferred in ICU, PACU, or telemetry.
• Ability to rotate shifts and cover on-call.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances required.
