Part-Time Dietitian - Remote

Overview

The Part-Time Dietitian is responsible for directing and providing nutrition care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring, as well as providing nutrition education.

In Short

• Perform individualized patient assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, document, and monitor nutritional plans of care.
• Provide education and programs for patients and staff.
• Complete documentation and reports according to established procedures.
• Develop and implement tools to improve nutrition care.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data security guidelines.
• Obtain necessary licenses within specified timeframes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• Licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN).
• Act 34, 33, and 73 clearances.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree and experience in specialty practice.
