An exciting opportunity to work on our tier 3 weight management programme as a Dietitian in a full-time permanent position.

In Short

• Work with Tier 3 clinical team to deliver weight management digital and remote service.
• Provide high quality, evidence-based clinical care.
• Support patients in a patient-centered way.
• Meet internal and external contractual KPIs.
• Overcome remote working barriers with effective communication.
• Share feedback with clinical services manager to optimize the program.
• Attend monthly clinical supervision and weekly clinical sessions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members.
• Support patient journey from enrolment to discharge.
• Ensure safe and NHS-compliant patient care.

Requirements

• Experience as a Dietitian.
• Knowledge of weight management and diet-related health conditions.
• Ability to work in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with a patient-centered approach.
