Medical Assistant - Urology - Remote

Overview

The Medical Assistant will support the healthcare team by coordinating patient care, assisting with examinations, and performing various clinical and clerical tasks in a urology practice.

• Assist in coordinating patient care under supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or relevant experience.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Criminal background clearance certificates.
• Certification from recognized Medical Assistant organizations preferred.
• Experience with clinical duties such as injections and phlebotomy.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks accurately.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to float between locations if necessary.
• Adherence to HIPAA and company policies required.
