Overview

The Director of Workplace Design is responsible for leading the Workplace Design Team, overseeing corporate real estate portfolio strategy, occupancy planning, and architectural design from initial concepts to full construction documentation.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in commercial building construction or architectural design.
• 7 years of proficiency in building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and 3-D modeling software.
• 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• Valid PA State Driver's License and Architect licensure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
