The Channel Sales Representative collaborates with clients to drive sales through various channels while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring sales objectives are met.

In Short

  • Drive sales through multiple channels including agents and exchanges.
  • Prepare reports and sales collateral pre and post AEP.
  • Evaluate and implement processes to meet sales objectives.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and internal departments.
  • Develop and execute business plans for client retention and growth.
  • Conduct service calls and provide training on products.
  • Manage client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to support agents.
  • Travel regularly to various work sites.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Insurance or Sales preferred.
  • State specific Insurance Sales License required within 45 days of hire.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Marketing Guidelines.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Persistence and resilience in sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Travel requirement of 25% - 50%.
