Overview

The Cardiac Monitor Technician Sr will perform continuous observations and interpretations of cardiac rhythms for patients, assisting nurses and physicians in the care of cardiology patients.

• Accurately analyze and interpret ECG rhythms.
• Maintain continuous assessment of ECG rhythm during patient transport.
• Demonstrate knowledge of central station and bedside monitors.

Requirements

• Basic cardiac dysrhythmia training or equivalent.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Act 34, 33, and 73 clearance certificates.
