Overview

The Associate Enrollment & Billing Representative is responsible for managing enrollment and billing activities, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate membership data for clients and members.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience in billing/enrollment or customer service preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Prior finance or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong financial aptitude and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
