Overview

Neon One is looking for a Product Designer ready to make a big impact in a fully remote environment, helping to reimagine and unify the product experience across our SaaS platform for nonprofits.

In Short

• Design end-to-end user experiences balancing user needs and business goals.
• Proactively solve user problems and drive strategic solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across products.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex user experiences for SaaS applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating product and interaction design.
• Proficient in Figma for design systems and prototyping.
• Strong design skills in hierarchy, typography, and information architecture.
• Familiar with WCAG and ADA accessibility standards.
• Experience in user research and presenting findings.
• Understand front-end technologies for effective collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.
