Product Designer - Remote

Overview

NeoWork is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in bringing our consumer packaged goods (CPG) and beauty products to life through compelling packaging, product visuals, and innovation support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create packaging layouts, develop product renders, and contribute to the ideation of new scents, flavors, and collaborations.

In Short

• Design and develop graphical packaging layouts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage die lines for packaging across multiple formats and SKUs.
• Produce high-quality product renders for presentations, marketing, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate on new product ideation, including concepts for scents, flavors, or co-branded partnerships.
• Work closely with Product Development and Marketing to translate concepts into visual assets.
• Support revisions, version control, and final artwork delivery for production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product design, particularly in packaging.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
