The Vice President - Platform & Cloud Engineering will lead the strategy and roadmap for HighLevel's platform, focusing on cloud-native ecosystems, data residency, and team mentorship within a global remote-first environment.

• Lead the unification of Front-End, Data, and Core Platform/Infrastructure.
• Define and execute a 12–18-month platform roadmap.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary platforms on major cloud providers.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, container orchestration, and Terraform.
• Proven success in data-residency architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfort with regulated environments like SOC 2 and HIPAA.
