Overview

The Senior WFM Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining schedules for customer-facing teams, ensuring that all scheduling updates reflect business needs and service level agreements.

  • Maintain accurate real-time schedules for customer-facing teams.
  • Manage incoming schedule change requests.
  • Communicate scheduling updates to leadership teams.
  • Monitor staffing levels and escalate coverage concerns.

  • Assist in forecasting and long-term scheduling planning.
  • Support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management or scheduling.
  • Experience using Assembled or other WFM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment preferred.
