The Manager of Customer Success at HighLevel is responsible for leading the Customer Success team to enhance the end-to-end lifecycle experience of customers, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value through retention and advocacy.

  • Data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM and workflow tools.
  • Track record of mentoring and developing teams.
  • Proactive and inquisitive mindset.
