Director, Strategic Finance (Product & Engineering) - Remote

Overview

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Finance to build out the partnership with our Product & Engineering functions, developing analytical + financial frameworks to influence decision making for our most business-critical questions.

In Short

• Lead the Product & Engineering strategic finance function.
• Develop and improve strategic planning and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Build operational and financial models for major projects.
• Lead cross-departmental financial projects and align teams.
• Define and track key performance indicators across teams.
• Hire and mentor finance team members.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance or related fields.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent business partnering skills.
• Advanced modeling skills and understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Ability to drive operational outcomes under tight timelines.
• Advanced experience with Excel, BI tools, and AI tools.
