Director, Strategic Finance (Product & Engineering) - Remote

Overview

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Finance to build out the partnership with our Product & Engineering functions, developing analytical + financial frameworks to influence decision making for our most business-critical questions.

In Short

• Lead the Product & Engineering strategic finance function.
• Develop and improve processes for defining business impacts of key investments.
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Build operational and financial models for major projects.
• Lead cross-departmental financial projects and drive alignment.
• Define and track key performance indicators across teams.
• Hire, mentor, and guide finance team members.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance or related fields.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business partnering skills with financial and non-financial leaders.
• Advanced modeling skills and understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Ability to handle ambiguous situations and drive outcomes.
• Experience with Excel, BI tools, and financial planning tools.
