Overview

The Solutions Consultant - ERP Integrations plays a critical role in delivering customer value by ensuring seamless, scalable integration and adoption of Higharc’s solutions.

In Short

• Act as the primary liaison for technical integration projects (ERP, CRM, data pipelines).
• Own the end-to-end implementation of integration workstreams.
• Translate customer data models and operational workflows into requirements for Higharc solutions.
• Drive adoption of Higharc tools within Purchasing & Estimating and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Lead customer projects managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and deliver customer-facing materials and training playbooks.
• Analyze integration impact and product usage data to surface insights.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical teams and business users.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on outcomes and value delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing technical integration projects (CSV/API).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Purchasing & Estimating, and familiarity with homebuilding software systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to solve problems proactively.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the AEC industry.
