In Short

• Collaborate with the CEO to define, track, and execute strategic priorities.
• Drive key business processes to ensure focus and accountability.
• Act as a bridge across departments to align teams and drive outcomes.
• Provide interim oversight for the Marketing team.
• Define and oversee OKRs & KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights.
• Support the CEO with preparation for board meetings and presentations.
• Lead and execute high-impact, CEO-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Background in enterprise sales is highly desired.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant experience is a plus.
• Remote role (continental US).
