ServiceNow Programmer Analyst - Remote

Overview

A major IT systems integrator is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join their team as soon as possible. This fully remote position within Quebec is a 12-month contract in a French-speaking work environment.

In Short

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules.
• Analyze user requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Create and manage workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Ensure integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
• Provide technical support for ServiceNow configuration issues.
• Implement ITSM module activities.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of IT experience, including three years on ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of configuring a CMDB based on ServiceNow’s CSDM framework.
• French language proficiency required.
• Certifications in ITIL and ServiceNow are assets.
• Experience with automated testing capabilities.
• Experience in agile project management.
