In Short

• Support the Performance Marketing team with a focus on Paid Search.
• Develop and execute new campaigns and tests.
• Work on CRM marketing enhancements using Klaviyo.
• Create and maintain performance reports in Excel.
• Contribute ideas for new channels and formats.
• Collaborate with teams in CRM, Influencer Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Must be a registered student in Marketing, Communication, Media, or Business.
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week.
• Fully remote position.

Requirements

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing.
• Good numerical understanding and solid Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Klaviyo, or Meta Ads is a plus.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Willingness to contribute own ideas.
