HEY HOLY aims to elevate the health and well-being of dogs through nutrition. The company has developed breed-specific, functional dog food in collaboration with veterinarians, with the goal of enabling every dog to lead a long, healthy, and happy life. Influencer marketing is a core growth driver, and this role focuses on building one of the strongest performance channels in the creator space.

In Short

• Develop data-driven strategies for expanding the influencer channel with a focus on growth and measurable results.
• Identify, convince, and develop relevant creator partnerships with a performance focus.
• Manage collaborations along the funnel from seeding to performance deals and targeted retargeting.
• Analyze creator performance using tools like Storyclash and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
• Develop hypotheses, recognize patterns, and aim to build your own team in the future.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from Brand, Performance, and Operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer, performance, or CRM-related marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and a drive for ownership and sales.
• Experience in a scaling D2C brand or a performance-oriented influencer environment.
• Familiarity with KPIs like ROAS, CPM, CAC, and CTR.
• Strong communication skills, capable of negotiating and developing creator partnerships.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys operational implementation.
