Lead the eCommerce strategy and execution.
Identify and resolve conversion barriers on the website.
Analyze and test various elements to improve customer experience.
Manage key performance indicators related to eCommerce.
Develop and mentor your team for growth and efficiency.

Requirements

3-5 years of eCommerce experience, preferably with a D2C brand.
Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong knowledge of Shopify and A/B testing tools.
Experience in team leadership and development.
Desire for responsibility and the ability to drive change.
